At PuffyGlo, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed to last. While we believe you’ll love your PuffyGlo product, we understand that there may be instances where a return or replacement is necessary. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible. Please note that the terms below apply only to products purchased through www.PuffyGlo.com.

PuffyGlo Limited Warranty

Your PuffyGlo product is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturer defects. If any defect is identified under normal and appropriate use, we will replace the product or use replacement parts when available to address the issue.

Important:
Before we can ship a replacement, you will need to ship your product back to us for review. To submit a warranty claim, please email us at sales@puffyglo.com. We will contact you with instructions on the next steps.

PuffyGlo Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with the color, size, or style of your PuffyGlo, it can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note this policy applies only to products that have not been used.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team at sales@puffyglo.com. Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A photo of the unused item in its original packaging
  • The reason for your return or exchange

Please be aware that returns missing any of the above information will not be accepted.

Refund Process:
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed and returned to the credit card, charge card, or PayPal account used for the original purchase. This process typically takes up to 30 days. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

We may issue a Returns Code, which must be included on the return shipping label. Please follow any additional instructions provided by our team to ensure a successful return. You are responsible for the products until they reach us.

Warranty & Returns Conditions

Before submitting a warranty claim, please review the following:

  1. Broken or Leaking Products: If you experience a leak or break, do not send the product back. Instead, fill out the warranty form and submit a photo of the issue. If you send us the product, you will be responsible for the shipping charge to return it.
  2. Damaged During Shipping: If your PuffyGlo product arrives damaged due to shipping and you purchased it from www.PuffyGlo.com, contact us immediately with a video or photo of the damage. Please note, if the product is used, we cannot replace it.
  3. Warranty Coverage: Our warranties are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note that not all parts or products may be available for warranty replacement.

This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers and is limited to the lifetime of your PuffyGlo product as allowed by applicable law. The limited warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by misuse, alterations, wear and tear, or external damage (fire, etc.).
